Trey Songz – Touchin’ Lovin ft. Nicki Minaj

I was switched to an epiphany when i heard this song, it has a tune to it which just makes me vibe. Trey Songz  a nice and handsome artist/musician, he has a lovely voice with the beautiful and big booty Nicki Minaj, OMG you have to love her she is just too cute not to. This song has been for a while “Touchin Lovin” and from the words of the song Trey’s in for another ride with the ladies.

I like the lyrics and usually what i do when i hear a new song is that i listen to it continuously till I learn the chorus or something. it’s all part of his new album so if you always watching something online, try to get your fix out of Trey Songz.

Queensland chief justice Tim Carmody takes another two weeks off court duties

Powered by Guardian.co.ukThis article titled “Queensland chief justice Tim Carmody takes another two weeks off court duties” was written by Joshua Robertson, for theguardian.com on Thursday 11th June 2015 00.36 UTC

Queensland chief justice Tim Carmody has extended his absence from court duties, which a fellow judge has revealed left her having to deal with a clutch of important cases while grieving her father’s death.

Carmody, whose future is in limbo after he offered his resignation to the state government then took a month’s sick leave citing a back condition, has taken another two weeks off.

Supreme court justice Roslyn Atkinson has spoken publicly of the pressure in recent weeks of having to deliver judgments in four urgent cases while the court was “short a judge”. Atkinson was still suffering from bronchitis when she was forced to cover Carmody in the court of appeal.

“In the same fortnight as all of this, my father died and I had both to deal with my grief and organise his funeral, while also being unwell with a chest infection,” Atkinson told a Women and leadership Australia function on 28 May.

“But we were short a judge and our fellow citizens were depending on quick and just resolutions to their problems. This is why we do what we do. It is the practical application of the rule of law for the people of Queensland.”

She said it was a “great privilege to serve as a judge, but with judicial office comes great responsibility”.

“Over the past fortnight, for example, I have dealt with cases as important to the litigants involved as a decision to prevent a man who unlawfully killed his mother inheriting under the will she made just a month before he killed her,” she said.

“A decision as to whether a settlement made in favour of two infants whose mother was killed in an horrific motor vehicle accident was sufficient to be in their best interests.

“A decision as to whether a woman whose husband disappeared while surfing off Bali, leaving a grieving and increasingly financially stricken wife and dependent children, could swear to his death so that his estate could be dealt with under the laws of succession.

“And an application to dissolve an adoption order over a man who was psychologically damaged by the order that had been made in favour of his stepfather, who brutally abused him in the days where such behaviour was hidden or not perhaps regarded so seriously.

“In relation to this last matter, I should say that I am unaware of any such decision previously having been made in Queensland.”

Carmody, 59, had been expected to return to work next Monday in the court of appeal. That court’s president Margaret McMurdo has refused to sit with him in any court after their falling out over the appeal of Daniel Morcombe’s murderer.

Carmody withdrew from the case before an application for apprehended bias could be heard against him; he was the only one of three judges not to prepare a draft judgment after five months. He took sick leave shortly after.

He is now due to return to hear cases for the Queensland civil administrative tribunal in mid-June.

Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and attorney general Yvette D’Ath made clear they were unaware until media reports that Carmody had extended his sick leave.

“The chief justice has indicated his intention to resign; I’ve read reports that he has extended his sick leave,” Palaszczuk said before leaving for a US trade mission.

“The attorney-general is having ongoing discussions with the chief justice. Those matters are confidential.”

Carmody originally chose not to sit in court because of the effect of medication but proposed continuing “official duties” including attending a wine evening and giving a speech at a Hamilton island legal conference.

Carmody, who offered his resignation in return for “just terms”, has more than three years to work as a judge before he qualifies for a pension of more than 0,000 a year.

But he is due to qualify for six months long service leave in September after working a total of seven years as a judge.

Guardian Australia revealed earlier this year that Carmody had struggled to match the work rate of his predecessor and subsequently removed himself from a court calendar that showed him to be the least active supreme court judge.

He then went several months without hearing a case.

Retiring judge Alan Wilson in March spoke of the “significant extra burden on the other judges” imposed by Carmody’s apparent preference for attending public functions over court work.

“The notion that there is scope for some kind of full-time public relations role for a head of jurisdiction, and little more, is surprising,” Wilson said.

“So is the idea that judge-work takes second place and must give way to these kinds of events – which other judges do almost every day, but outside court sitting hours.

“It does not seem a good use of resources.”

Avengers: Age of Ultron

“How can you be worthy” – i love this line coming from Ultron when interrupted Tony Stark’s Party. You have to love the way Marvel & Disney Intertwine their collaboration. Age of Ultron takes another look into the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) story-line of how tony stark and bruce banner used loki’s staff to design an AI. Now before i go into the who “It’s too much of a lie thing”, let’s examine how possible all these seems.

Remember we’re in a realm of reality done by a genius name Stark, to my own understanding they were able to program an AI from a language they didn’t understand at 1st. Wait for it… you might be asking they had J.A.R.V.I.S which is an AI technically to aid them. Well Yes, but at the same time, J.A.R.V.I.S didn’t understand the language coming out of Loki’s Staff.

Avengers Age of Ultron

Avengers Age of Ultron

I can be able to go into a lot of things, i notice in the movie but hey its a movie and the sole point is to enjoy it. so i will stop my whining a tell you what i love the most in the movie. The most Epic fight of all being that with Hulk Buster Suite vs The Hulk that was a major fight which i just like watch all over again. I have to give credit were its due, that was a pretty amazing fight. Never-the-less Avengers Age of Ultron was a great movie, but I hate the way they keep moving away from the cartoons and comics. For Startes Hank Pym is the one who created ultron not Tony, so the whole thing is kinda sway but good. Lets see what the MCU line up is after all Ant-Man is on the way next month, hopefully it would be as good as the previews.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End

Uncharted 4 - A Thief's End

Uncharted 4 – A Thief’s End

I have been a huge fan of the Uncharted series, right from the 2nd version which was the actually one i play 1st, then i had to go buy the 1st version and play that to understand why Nathan Drake is the way he is but this change the entire story-line of the Explorer type game.

You remember how boring Lara Croft was before they re-vamped it and made it cool with some sense, that how Uncharted has been right from the on-set, fun, epic and thrilling with adventure. If you love 3rd-Person shooter, well Uncharted might just be the fix for you. Most of the time my review won’t go as far as comparing games because i believe that everyone has that niche that drives them forward so you would love what makes you excited or happy. In this case, I would say that Uncharted has been a favorite of mine, even when it came out on hand-held such as the PS-Vita console, i was so excited about it and the graphic as usual were off the chart.

I can’t wait to see what the graphics and story-line really plays out to be, but trust Naughty Dogs with their ever creative minds to bring out something of Epic proportion.

Batman Arkham Knight

Batman has always had a dark side to him, but his dark side has always been one of his greater tools to bring fear to his foes, Arkham Knight brings the batman franchise into the NextGen Consoles. If you haven’t played any of the series, Arkham Knight entails about batman early but steady growth in his cape crusader life. if you think the scarecrow is scary wait till you get a glimpse of what the Dark Knight can do.

Particularly, I have always loved the Arkham series right from the 1st version Arkham Asylum, you get to feel and do the thing the cape crusader does. The story-line and vision towards how batman seems to find a way drives me particularly curious to how he solved his crimes.

Arkham Knight

If you are not a fan of DC comics or Fictions entirely you might not so be so keen on Batman, but with the coming films Batman vs Superman it makes me wonder how the Dark Knight has elevated from just being a normal hero to becoming an epic superhero without supernatural power or abilities. Bruce wayne just being himself with his WAYNE TECH has elevated the look and feel of how everyone perceives the Arkham Knight.

I think this game would be phenomena for one thing, you get to use the Bat-Mobile, as compared to the Arkham Origin story-line which entails on his beginning, Arkham Knight picks up from the destruction of Batman himself, everyone wants him dead. it would be hard to see it but who knows the dark knight might have a few tricks of his own. Debut claims to be June 23rd 2015, hopefully everyone gets to see this remarkable graphics on the Next Gen consoles.

Kung Fu Panda 2

From the studio that brought you “Shrek,” “Madagascar” and “Kung Fu Panda.” Po is now living his dream as The Dragon Warrior, protecting the Valley of Peace alongside his friends and fellow kung fu masters, The Furious Five – Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey. But Po’s awesome new life is threatened by the emergence of a formidable villain, who plans to use a secret, unstoppable weapon to conquer China and destroy kung fu. It is up to Po and The Furious Five to journey across China to face this threat and vanquish it. But how can Po stop a weapon that can stop kung fu? He must look to his past and uncover the secrets of his mysterious origins; only then will he be able to unlock the strength he needs to succeed.

Kung Fu Panda 2

Kung Fu Panda 2

Long ago, Lord Shen (Gary Oldman), heir of the peacock clan that ruled Gongmen City in China, sought to harness the power of fireworks as a weapon with which to rule the entire country. When he learned from the court’s goat soothsayer (Michelle Yeoh) that “a warrior of black and white” would one day defeat him, Shen assumed she was referring to the giant pandas and had them exterminated to avert the prophecy. Shen’s parents were horrified at this atrocity and exiled Shen, who swore revenge.

Thirty years later, Po (Jack Black) is living his dream as the Dragon Warrior, protecting the Valley of Peace alongside his friends and fellow kung fu masters, the Furious Five, but is told by Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman) that he has yet to achieve inner peace. While fighting off a pack of wolf bandits who have been stealing refined metal for Lord Shen, Po is distracted by a symbol on the head wolf’s (Danny McBride) armor, which causes Po to have a flashback of his mother and allows the wolves to escape. Po asks his goose father, Mr. Ping (James Hong), where he came from, but all Ping can tell him is that he found Po as an infant in a radish crate and adopted him.

Afterward, Shifu receives word that Master Thundering Rhino (Victor Garber), leader of the kung fu council protecting Gongmen City, has been killed by Lord Shen with his newly developed weapon, a cannon, which threatens to destroy kung fu tradition. Po and the Five go to stop him, reaching Gongmen City to find it under the control of Shen’s forces. The heroes find two imprisoned council members, Masters Storming Ox (Dennis Haysbert) and Croc (Jean-Claude Van Damme), and ask their help to liberate the city, but both masters cite their helplessness against Shen’s weapon and refuse to escape. Po and the Five are then discovered by the wolf leader, who they chase to prevent him from alerting Shen, only to be captured.

Upon being brought before Shen in his tower, Po and the Five free themselves and destroy Shen’s cannon. However, Crane burns his wing and Po is again distracted by a flashback upon seeing the same symbol as before on Shen’s plumage, allowing Shen to escape and destroy the tower with an arsenal of cannons. After escaping, Tigress (Angelina Jolie) confronts Po over his distraction. Po explains that he remembers Shen’s presence on the night he was separated from his parents, and wants to question Shen about his past. Though empathetic, Tigress orders him to stay behind for his own safety. Po regardless breaks into Shen’s cannon factory to confront Shen, inadvertently foiling the Five’s attempts to destroy the factory. Shen claims that Po’s parents abandoned him before he blasts Po out of the factory and captures the Five.

Po is rescued by Shen’s soothsayer, who has been exiled by Shen to the ruined village where Po was born. Guided by the soothsayer to embrace his past, Po remembers that his parents had endangered themselves to save him from Shen’s forces, his mother hiding him in a crate before she was subdued. Attaining inner peace, Po returns to Gongmen City to save the captive Five from being executed by Shen at the city harbor. During the ensuing battle (in which Shifu participates after having persuaded Ox and Croc to do the same), Po uses his inner peace to gauge Shen’s cannon fire and redirect it against Shen’s armada. He then urges Shen to let go of his own past, but Shen refuses and attacks Po until Shen inadvertently slashes the ropes holding up his last cannon, which falls and crushes him to death. Victorious, Po returns to the Valley of Peace and reunites with Mr. Ping, declaring him to be his father. At the same time, Po’s biological father (Fred Tatasciore) is shown to be alive in a hidden village inhabited by surviving pandas, sensing that his son is also alive.

Requests from foreign governments to UK tax office up 18%

Powered by Guardian.co.ukThis article titled “Requests from foreign governments to UK tax office up 18%” was written by Graeme Wearden, for The Guardian on Monday 29th October 2012 00.04 UTC

Overseas governments have intensified their interest in the tax affairs of foreign nationals based in the UK as the global crackdown on tax evasion picks up pace.

The number of requests for information about taxpayers received by the UK government from overseas tax authorities rose by 18% in the last year, according to law firm Pinsent Masons. Such requests are used to see whether rich individuals are making honest statements to domestic tax authorities about their global assets.

HMRC received the most requests for information from Norway, followed by France and Spain.

Phil Berwick, director at Pinsent Masons, said: “The jump in requests shows there are very few places to hide for wealthy individuals who may be trying to avoid tax by moving their assets around the globe. International borders are increasingly meaningless for tax authorities’ pursuit of outstanding taxes.

“London attracts ultra-high net worth individuals from a huge range of countries, and the expertise of London in wealth management makes it a stable ‘haven’ for individuals looking to protect their assets from political or economic instability overseas.”

Tax evasion has become harder to pull off in recent years with international bilateral partnerships. Legislation designed to fight terrorism and money-laundering has also made it easier for countries to share information.
