Call of Duty: Ghosts

Call of Duty: GhostsLast week, PlayStation revealed a Trailer from Call of Duty Ghosts for the next Gen consoles. I have always been a Call of duty fan since COD 2 when they had the World War 2 Settings and fighting style. I felt the game had a future with the release of COD: Modern Warfare and ever since then, every year Activision keeps bringing out a call of duty series and this was back then in 2007. So i have watched and seen so many COD play-outs. One of the fascinating thing about the game title is not how its being played but the feeling that is derived from playing it. Activision makes you experience what it feels like to be a marine, a soldier of the US Army and that’s one of the intriguing things i just love about the game. Ghosts is a new series to the franchise and i feel its going to be epic just like its predecessors. The COD on the ps vita is awesome as well, with a stunning graphic from a handheld and i believe with the specs of the PS4, this game is going to be awesome. So am watching out for the release as well as to see more details at E3 2013.

Fast & Furious 6

Fast and Furious 6Ready for the bang and cars, this movie is a blockbuster. I like the fast cars, beautiful girls, explosions, CGIs everything about the movie just presents goodness. You have the best celebrities in the industry in this movie and am talking about The Rock, Vin diesel, Tyrese, Ludacris just name them. Actually in the story line since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete. Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again. This is where things began to get messy, fighting an Ex-military agent for the pursuit of justice. The Furious gang had to meet up just to save one of their own. Its a lovely movie to watch so i suggest you watch it.

Medal of Honor Warfighter

Medal of Honor WarfighterJust finished playing this game and i kinda ended it twice. I love the graphics EA shows off with here. The Graphics are amazing, you can see the almost realism in the cut scenes. The game play on the other hand is quite nice, the shooting styles, gun fires, cover system etc just shows how much detail was put into the making of this game. Although i would have gotten this game a lot sooner but when you’re captain Shepard and the galaxy is at stake, its better you save the Galaxy than the World right – just joking? Anyway one of the hardest part for me in this game was passing the Shore-leave mission during the last part where you get to snipe some of the militant group. The last guy that has an RPG that shoots your team’s helicopter was so difficult for me to snipe that i had to go on Google to find an answers on how to pass that level. Due to the fact that i always play my games on the most difficult level, I had to start the game from the beginning once i Knew that if i wanted to pass that Shore-leave level I had to raise my sniper scope 2 bars higher from the bulls eye dot on the scope. That said was the only way i could defeat that mission.

And for some reasons unknown to me, this game keeps switching off my PlayStation 3 system for the first 10 times that i decided to play the game. This happened frequently after the Shore-Leave mission, the second level mission was where it occurred the most but after the third mission it stopped. I hope this isn’t a gliche in the game because that would be just terrible and I know it’s not from my PS3 console so it must be the Game. This is really an awesome game, so i suggest you game lovers to go play it.

Iron Man 3

When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

The running time for this movie is over 2hours which means its a fun packed action movie that you would want to watch again. IMDB rating score for it is an 8 out of 10. Which makes it an excellent movie to watch. Never the less I watched this movies once it was out and to my amazement, its quite better than the Parts 1 and 2 collectively. Here Iron man gets to be someone different. Although what creep me out about this movie is the fact that somehow the Villain was way stronger than Iron man’s suit i didn’t get that part there but the bad guy was a living breathing molten lava if i may say so. I get the fact that some of the writers of the story might want to get creative but can’t we just leave it to the natural and scientific things that can actually happen. One more thing, they changed the entire story line of the Mandarin, actually he is an ache enemy of Iron man not a lame actor posing to be someone else. The whole twist and plot was good but i expected more from it to relate with what i already know from the cartoons. Anyway the movie is a very nice and cool movie to watch with friends and loved one. Try it out…

G.I.JOE: RetaliationWhen the world is in peril and no one can stop them, then the Joes are the only elite fighting force that can be able to stop evil.G.I. Joe retaliation takes place after the events of the part 1. Now Cobra command has taken over the White House and everything is in chaos. Its up to the Joes to bring down Cobra command. Like the World hasn’t seen enough trouble. The Joes were set up by the Fake President who is actually Zartan disguised to be the President of the United States. unknown to the Joes, he had them set up and killed with extreme prejudice. Later on the Joes will be forced to investigate and eliminate the head of cobra command before they take over the World through Nuclear strikes. In all, the plot and story line is wonderful. You have The Rock and Bruce willis in it, that made it for me to be a very good and thrilling movie to watch. So try it out G.I.Joe Retaliation its an action packed movie you won’t want to miss.

PlayStation Plus Membership

PlayStation PlusI don’t usually like to rant but this is by far the worst things PlayStation did with their PlayStation Plus Membership. They put up games on the PlayStation Store and say its free, get the PS Plus Membership and you can download it for free. They’ll never tell you that those game title, immediately your PS Plus membership expire, the game is good as deleted and it require internet while you’re playing it who does something like that. I get the whole idea of maximizing profit but at the same time you want people to subscribe to the PS Plus package right? And I have been a PS fan for almost a decade i don’t see why SONY has to say they don’t know exactly what their fans want. Consequently, i like the Free-to-Play titles, they are free to play anytime you want but the PS Plus membership is only free when you are a member and immediately you stop being a member does games won’t work. Now if they did it like this, after your membership expires, they give you like lets say 5 days to still be playing the game, that would make their PS Plus membership actually cool. The thing is that they don’t want you to enjoy their games if you are not paying and that i believe is a bad marketing strategy for the PS Plus. right now, instead of me getting a PS Plus membership i would prefer to buy the entire game and know that its mine and i can play it whenever. Uncharted Golden Abyss

Uncharted Golden AbyssThis is what Sony does and makes everyone to love their games. Uncharted Golden Abyss is a franchise of the Uncharted Series. They made this game to be as loving as the ones made by Naughty Dogs, although it was made by another developer called Bend Studios but the look and feel of the game is uncharted like. The Graphics are spot on with the PS3 version and the game wouldn’t have been complete if Sullivan wasn’t present in the game play. Uncharted Golden Abyss talks about Drake and his never ending epic adventures, this time he’s somewhere in South America where he’s looking for the Golden Abyss, a relic lost during the Spanish colonization of Latin America. I love the game play because you get to do the things and more just like the drake in Uncharted 3. The environment looks lovely and the subtle characters drake encounters also made the game to be a huge success for me. Although the shooting style might be a little bit difficult but ones you get the hang of it, you might as well enjoy it pretty much. Its an awesome game on the PS Vita and I recommend you having it if you own a PS Vita system.
